All items in our store are print-to-order and fulfilled through third-party drop shipping partners. Because each item is custom-made for you, we do not maintain inventory or process returns directly.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your contact email] with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Incorrect Address or Order Details

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

5. Color & Sizing Variations

Due to differences in monitor settings, print methods, and manufacturing tolerances, colors and sizing may vary slightly from what is shown online. Such variations are not considered defects.
